St Michaels-On-Sea
We were lucky to spend a few days at Patsi and Joe's time-share apartment at St Michaels-on-Sea. This luxury apartment, a stone's throw from the ocean with a magnificent view of the sea supplied  much needed relaxation after a hectic schedule first in Pretoria and afterwards in Natal. A few lazy days  at the beach also gave us the opportunity to recharge and catch our breaths before the last round in Pretoria.

The weather could not have been better and the days just flew by too soon but we managed to explore a small part of what is generally referred to as the Hibiscus Coast or one of the holiday playgrounds of South Africa.

For a small tip the maids did all the washing up too. Malisa was delighted to get this photo of one of them carrying a bundle of laundry.

On the first evening we attended a "Bring-and-Braai and had sosaties, salads and buns.

Ample provision was made for a good swim.  A tidal pool for those not fit enough to master the waves,  the beautiful fresh water pool at the hotel and a shallow toddler's pool next to the tidal pool.
